We want you and your dog to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, our return and exchange policy is here to assist. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth return or exchange experience.

 

Returns

Eligibility: We have a 30-day return policy, so you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. Returned items must be in original condition—free of dog fur, stains, odors, and other signs of wear, with all tags attached. If a returned item doesn’t meet these conditions, we may apply a restocking fee or, in certain cases, refuse the return.

Return Shipping Options:

1. Prepaid Label: We can provide a prepaid return label upon request for a $5 fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

2. Own Shipping Method: Alternatively, you may choose to return items using your own preferred carrier.

3. Free Return Shipping: If the return is due to an issue on our end, such as a damaged product or receiving the wrong item, we will provide a prepaid return label free of charge.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, your original payment method will be credited. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

Exchanges

Eligibility: Exchanges for size or color adjustments of the same item are available within 30 days of receiving your item. Items must be in original condition, free of dog fur, stains, odors, and other signs of wear, with all tags attached. If these conditions aren’t met, a restocking fee may apply, or the exchange may be refused.

Free Exchanges: We offer complimentary return shipping on exchanges.

 

Damages and Issues

 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

 

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

 

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers), custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us with any questions about specific items.

Note: Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

 

How to Start a Return/Exchange

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, items sent back without an authorized return request will not be accepted.
